TeePee Roofing & Construction is a Faith-based, Cherokee owned and operated team dedicated to educating our communities on the life and longevity of their roofing system. We are licensed, bonded, and insured throughout Oklahoma. Due to an abundant rise of recent storm damage in our community, a substantial need has risen for a detailed and thorough roof and exterior maintenance program among homeowners.

In order to thoroughly assist our neighbors, we are extending our Annual Maintenance Program (AMP) that we offer our customers to everyone in our community. Our Annual Maintenance Program is, in essence, a limited warranty for your roof and exterior provided complimentary from our company. This includes, but is not limited to:
Detailed, written report concerning wind, hail, and storm damage to roof and exterior for your home records.
Estimated life expectancy of current shingle.
Up to $300 in complimentary repairs, per occurrence.
Fascia, soffit, and soft metal longevity assessment.
Soft metals include venting systems, chimney and window flashing, rain caps, chimney caps, satellites etc.
Complimentary gutter leaf removal or clogging troubleshoot.
Qualified liaison between homeowners and insurance companies.
Assistance filing and solidifying storm damage claims.
Your on site representative during the adjuster meeting to ensure all damage is noted.
Explanation of your policy coverage.
